Debit & Credit cards Pay safe online SSL encrypted with your credit oder debit card. Most card issuers will be accepted. If you choose card payment in the ordering process, you'll type in your card details and mobile phone number. Your card payment will be processed by PayPal, however you don't need a PayPal account. |

Prepayment When you choose advance payment when placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email with a list of the items you have ordered, the total amount and our bank details with IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) code. You transfer the total to our bank account. We will ship your order within 48 hours after receipt of payment. |

Purchase on account You will receive an invoice with your shipment. You can conveniently bankwire the amount due upon receipt. This payment option is available to all customers for solely service orders (class/guiding/travel bookings), for merchandise and voucher orders buying on account is only available to approved regular customers. If you have already bought equipment from us on account, you can continue to do so online as well. Please create a customer account on our website so that we can activate you. |

Cash payment (Click & Collect) If you would like to pick up the goods you've ordered online or by phone at our shop yourself, you can pay them in cash here on site. In the online ordering process, select the shipping method "Collect at the shop", which is linked to the payment method "Cash on collection". After you've placed your order please arrange a pick-up date with us by email or by phone. |
