Deliveries at net prices to export countries: The order value refers to the prices excl. VAT as displayed in the shopping basket. Additional charges such as VAT and customs duties of your respective country will occur.
The minimum order value for each order is always € 30.00.
*Delivery times: These depend on the country of delivery and also on your chosen payment method or receipt of payment by us. We try our best to process your order quickly and make it ready for dispatch, but sometimes it takes a little longer or we have to bring by a missing item at short notice. It can also happen that our logistics partner has problems with delivery or local holidays delay delivery. Therefore, the specified delivery times are to be understood as usual delivery times and are not guaranteed. If it is already apparent to us upon receipt of your order that the standard delivery time cannot be adhered to, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Express shipping: Please contact us if you wish your order be shipped with DHL Express. Not cheap, but delivery within a short time - sometimes the next day - is practically guaranteed. We will then inform you of the fastest possible delivery time and the exact express shipping costs for your order. If your order value entitles you for free standard shipping, we will deduct the flat shipping rate from the express shipping price.

It doesn't have to be that a cardboard box and padding material goes on the journey only once. This is why we store and reuse well-preserved cartons and air/paper cushioning for shipments to you - for the sake of our environment!
Letter shipment
Booking documents and confirmations for classes, guiding or travel - unless they are sent by email - and vouchers are sent postage paid by mail to all countries.
